Sadly, we cannot guarantee that our items will please everyone; everybody is different. All deposits made on any Noble Boats products are non-refundable. We suggest you do your due diligence in advance before making your purchase. We will only replace items which are found to be faulty; an “exchange service” is not available because of the nature of our products. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a refund/online credit. New Zealand customers please note that because all orders are charged to your credit card in AUD, any refund applicable will also occur in AUD and due to currency fluctuations from the time of your original order you may find a slight discrepancy between your order amount in NZD and refund amount in NZD for which nobleboatsinternational.com is not liable. To return a defective product and unless otherwise stated, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.
- Complete the Express Returns Form below detailing your reasons for returning the product.
- Once the form has been received by our Customer Service team, they will be in contact to issue you with a ‘Returns Authority’ number.
- You are then requested to return the goods, along with the Returns Authority number the address provided by customer service.
